Customer Visit Archive - Corporate Email Users
In order to develop the detailed user profile, I visited customer sites and participated in phone interviews to capture information about more than 20 potential users. This archive preserved all of the raw, detailed information that was synthesized into the user profile. I coded the HTML for this archive, which was published on the company intranet.
